I Didn't Even Notice
It came and went again so quietly and without drama that I didn't even notice until a few secs ago when I had cause to look at the date.
I gave up smoking 6 months ago yesterday. That's right, a whole 6 months without one single lapse. Interesting that my 6 month anniversary should fall on the shortest day of the year.
Here's to another smoke-free half-year!
