Offically a Non-Smoker
Well, yesterday was my 3 (calendar) month anniversary of quitting the Unholy Weed. I was sent a very nice motivational email from the Government's Stop Smoking website which I signed up to some weeks ago. It's pretty good and has some very useful info on it. Click here to visit.
It advised me that according to "most experts", if you are still smoke-free, totally smoke-free, that is, after 3 months, you are past most of the major hurdles of giving up, and are statistically more and more likely to stay on the Straight And Narrow as time goes on.
Sounds good! A nice little dinner in a nice little brasserie celebrated the event.
